Meeting of the CPMR Baltic Sea Commission Executive Committee will be held on Wednesday 25 August 2011 in Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany, from 9.00 until 14.00 in the State Chancellery Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schlossstrasse 2-4.
The Government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern would also like to invite participants to an informal dinner on the evening of Wednesday 24 August before the meeting, from 19.00 onwards in the Restaurant of the “Speicher” Hotel. You will also find here as attached some practical information which is already sent to you in June.
It is necessary to know who will come to the meeting and who will not participate in the dinner. So please confirm your availability (for those of you who haven't already done it).
The papers will be sent you in August by Mr Janne Tamminen who will also be able to answer further questions.

Practical details
As to the practical aspects of the meeting in Schwerin, it is recommended to book your accommodation at the Hotel „Niederländischer Hof“ where a room allotment at the preferential rate of 64,80 Euro for a single room including breakfeast has been allocated until 8. July 2011. The availability of rooms can not guaranteed after the date that date.
