BSC ExCom Meet in Brussels 2 Nov, 2011

Dear Member of the Executive Committee,

The next meeting of the CPMR Baltic Sea Commission Executive Committee will be held in Brussels (BE) on Wednesday 2 November 2011 from 09:00 – 15:30.

The meeting venue will be in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern EU Office, at the following address:

Boulevard Saint-Michel 80, (6th Floor), 1040 Brussels

There will be a dinner on the evening of Tuesday 1 November at 19:30(Restaurant “The Open”, Boulevard St. Michel 17, 1040 Brussels-Etterbeek). Please confirm your availability no later than Tuesday 12:00 (for those of you who haven't already done it).

CPMR Baltic Sea Commission

The 17th CPMR Baltic Sea Commission General Assembly will be held between Thursday 24 May 12.00 - Friday 25 May 14.30, in Umeå, Sweden, hosted by Region Västerbotten. After the meeting, there will be an excursion. The meeting venue will be Hotel Scandic Plaza Umeå (Storgatan 40, Umeå), where participants can also stay.

The programme will be focusing on renewable energy on Thursday. On Friday, there will be sessions on various policy areas including Maritime, Transport and Multi-Level Governance issues and cooperation with Russia.

The election of the President and members of the Executive Committee of Baltic Sea Commission will also be on agenda.
